Ingredients:
1L DairyBelle 2% Low Fat Milk
200 g good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
2 ml Almond essence
Ground cinnamon to serve
Method:
1. Heat the milk in saucepan until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate has melted. Add the essence and mix through.
2. Serve in warmed cups, sprinkled with cinnamon on a cold winter night.
Variation: Replace almond essence with a tot of your favourite liqueur for a real treat.
