The DairyBelle chain!
1. DairyBelle's factories are based around the country. Yellow cheese, processed cheese and speciality cheese are manufactured on factory sites in Bloemhof in the North West province and Cookhouse in the Eastern Cape. Hygiene in the manufacturing site is a key priority to ensure that products are free of bacteria and any contamination. The mould-ripened cheeses are produced on a site away from the yellow cheese to prevent the transfer of any spores.
2. Feta Cheese is produced in Bloemhof in the same hygienic environment.
3. Yoghurt, juices and other milk related products (including fresh milk) are produced in Cape Town, Pinetown and Bloemfontein.
