1. Edam Cheese

A Dutch cheese made in the Gouda tradition. Slightly saltier and has a reduced fat content.
Best Served with:
Food: Peaches, melons, apricots and cherries
Wine: Riesling, Dry Champagne & Pinot Noir
2. Cheddar Cheese

A firm yellow cheese with a slightly loose texture.
It has a mild to strong robust taste.
Best Served with:
Food: Red or green apples, grapes, cherries, cashew nuts and dark bread
Wine: Riesling, Champagne or a medium bodied Merlot
3. Mature Cheddar Cheese

A more loosley textured deep yellow cheese wit a distinct strong flavour. A cheese well appreciated for its dominant taste in special dishes, or as a snack for the connoisseur.
Best Served with:
Food: Red or green apples, grapes, cherries, cashew nuts and dark bread
Wine: Cabernet or a Sauvignon Blanc
4. Gouda Cheese

A warm yellow cheese with a smooth, creamy, semi-soft texture. Its taste makes Gouda the ideal snack cheese. Gouda has a mellow, rich caramel flavour.
Best Served with:
Food: Red apples and toasted almonds
Wine: Riesling, Champagne
5. Delite Cheese

A medium fat cheese. 30% less fat than Gouda style cheese. This cheese is unique to DairyBelle.
Best Served with:
Food: Red apples and crackers

6. Mozzarella Cheese

It has a mild, milky taste and is more of a cooking cheese than a cheese board cheese due to its good binding properties, moist texture and the ability to melt. It absorbs the flavours and juices of ingredients surrounding it. It is also lower in fat than Gouda and Cheddar.
Best Served with:
Food: Tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, roasted red peppers and crusty bread
Wine: Lesser oaked Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and a light bodied Pinot Noir
7. Cottage Cheese

Cottage cheese curds are stirred - which gives this treat its soft, creamy texture. It has a milky, mild taste.
Best Served with:
Food: Peaches, pineapple, berries or citrus fruit. Try it as a dip for veggies or as a spread for herb and fruit breads
Wine: White Wine
8. Feta Cheese

A soft, sharp and salty white cheese with a slightly loose texture. Feta is low in fat.
Best Served with:
Food: Salami, olives and crusty breads.
Wine: Riesling, Champagne
