What?
Choices Programme is open to food industries and organisations. Other companies, retailers and caterers increasingly use the Choices stamp on their products that meet the criteria. An international governing body is being set up to manage the implementation of the Choices Programme globally. International dietary guidelines recommend a limited intake of saturated fat, trans fat, sugars and salt (sodium).
